Yes, you read it right. Its possible. You can now enjoy Facebook even without Internet connectivity on your mobile phone. Till recent days, you couldn’t have accessed Facebook features without Internet connectivity on your phone. But now, you can really access your Facebook account, no matter which phone or what connection you have. The only requirement that you should have is a keypad to input numbers! True! Lets dig in further.

You will be able to post status, reply to messages, and even chat with your friends by using this internet-free Facebook.

What should you do?

Dial *325# on your mobile and click the “call” button. Wondering what 325 stands for? Well, it is FBK – FaceBook Keypad. Now you should wait for a message to come, and when the message arrives, you should input your username and password. Now complete the procedure, as you can see what to do next.

Well, this service has been available since last month. And according to some websites, FBK doesn’t work at some regions.

 How does it work?

This work is done by an App in Facebook named “fonetwish“. This application does all the background work for you and provides this nice service. But if you ever feel the need to stop using this application, then just go to web version of Facebook and then delete the app named “fonetwish”.

Some people have reported that, they were charged INR1 for using this service.

Hope you enjoyed this post. Share your experience below. 🙂
